Yes, the cords on the new N40 are detachable. You can remove the cords from the top of the stainless steel earbud housing. Please make sure that you attach the left cord to the left ear plug and the right cord to the right earbud. You will see a red dot indicator for Right and and blue dot indicator for Left on the cable. There are two detachable cables provided. If you are experiencing issues getting the app to communicate with your headphones, (assuming you have already paired the headphones with the device) go into the communication apps audio settings. You will likely find the resolution there. You may have to set your headphones as the ‘communication device’ within the app you are using.

No, N40 is not wireless. It has a cable with 3.5mm stereo jack. 3-pole jack on the straight cable, 4-pole jack on the remote cable. Airplane adapter is included. Cable length is 112cm excluding the jack and the ear loops.Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!
