    The red light in the charging status LED on the right cup will turn off.
  • How do I remove the cables from the N5005 in-ear headphones without damaging them?
    The best way is to carefully insert your nail in the groove where the two halves of the plug meet, then press into the groove until the two sections separate. If you pull on the cord, you may damage the cable by dislodging the cable from the plug.
  • How do I pair to multiple devices on the N60NC Wireless?
    On the Right ear cup, slide the bluetooth button towards the down position and hold until you see the fast blinking blue LED light. Make sure that the device that you are trying to connect to is in pairing mode. It should recognize the N60NC Wireless within a few seconds. You should here the audio "chime" when it is connected and the LED should change to a slow blinking light.
  • How can the K 915 wireless headset be paired to another transmitter, for instance if the original transmitter becomes defective?
    Here is the pairing procedure between a K915 headset and a new transmitter box: 1. Power off the headphone. 2. Power off the transmitter. 3. Press and hold the power button on the headphone until the “Signal” LED is flashing, and a beep sound can be heard. 4. Power on the transmitter. 5. After a short while the “Signal” LED will light constantly (stop flashing) and the pairing is complete.
  • How can I see that charging is complete on my Y50BT?
    The red diode that lights up when charging begins will go out again when charging is complete.
  • How can I be refunded if I decide to return a product?
    The returned merchandise will be inspected when it arrives at the warehouse. When all is confirmed, we will transfer the amount payable back to your credit card.
  • Headphones & Third Party Communication Apps (Skype, Zoom, WhatsApp, etc)

    If you are experiencing issues getting the app to communicate with your headphones, (assuming you have already paired the headphones with the device) go into the communication apps audio settings. You will likely find the resolution there. You may have to set your headphones as the ‘communication device’ within the app you are using.

  • Do you deliver overseas?
    We do not ship internationally.
  • Do I get charged for delivery of each item?
    You will not be charged for ground shipping. Expedited shipping costs are based upon total weight and service availability.
  • Does this model have detachable cable?
    Yes, the cable is detachable.
  • Does the Y50BT have volume control?
    Yes, the Y50BT volume controls are located on the bottom of the right ear cup. You also have the power/pause/play and track controls located on the bottom right ear cup of the headphones.
  • Does the N60NC Wireless feature real leather on the ear cups and headband?
    No. The ear cups and headband are made from an animal-free synthetic protein leather.
