  • How do I pair to multiple devices on the N60NC Wireless?
    On the Right ear cup, slide the bluetooth button towards the down position and hold until you see the fast blinking blue LED light. Make sure that the device that you are trying to connect to is in pairing mode. It should recognize the N60NC Wireless within a few seconds. You should here the audio "chime" when it is connected and the LED should change to a slow blinking light.
  • How can the K 915 wireless headset be paired to another transmitter, for instance if the original transmitter becomes defective?
    Here is the pairing procedure between a K915 headset and a new transmitter box: 1. Power off the headphone. 2. Power off the transmitter. 3. Press and hold the power button on the headphone until the “Signal” LED is flashing, and a beep sound can be heard. 4. Power on the transmitter. 5. After a short while the “Signal” LED will light constantly (stop flashing) and the pairing is complete.
  • How can I see that charging is complete on my Y50BT?
    The red diode that lights up when charging begins will go out again when charging is complete.
  • How can I be refunded if I decide to return a product?
    The returned merchandise will be inspected when it arrives at the warehouse. When all is confirmed, we will transfer the amount payable back to your credit card.
  • Headphones & Third Party Communication Apps (Skype, Zoom, WhatsApp, etc)

    If you are experiencing issues getting the app to communicate with your headphones, (assuming you have already paired the headphones with the device) go into the communication apps audio settings. You will likely find the resolution there. You may have to set your headphones as the ‘communication device’ within the app you are using.

  • Do you deliver overseas?
    We do not ship internationally.
  • Do I get charged for delivery of each item?
    You will not be charged for ground shipping. Expedited shipping costs are based upon total weight and service availability.
  • Does this model have detachable cable?
    Yes, the cable is detachable.
  • Does the Y50BT have volume control?
    Yes, the Y50BT volume controls are located on the bottom of the right ear cup. You also have the power/pause/play and track controls located on the bottom right ear cup of the headphones.
  • Does the N60NC Wireless feature real leather on the ear cups and headband?
    No. The ear cups and headband are made from an animal-free synthetic protein leather.
  • Does the N20LT feature volume control?
    Yes, the N20LT features a 3 button microphone that allows you to answer calls, pause/play, skip tracks and control the volume on your IOS device.
  • Does the Bluetooth cable for AKG N5005 support AAC and aptX?
    Yes, both the AAC and the aptX codecs are supported. aptX HD and aptX Low Latency are not supported. Please note that N5005 is an in-ear headphone capable of extremely high audio reproduction quality. Wireless transmission cannot deliver the quality that a first-class analog, cabled signal can. The best possible quality is available with the balanced 4-pole 2.5 mm jack, connected directly to a highest-quality headphone amplifier that supports this connection, fed by the highest quality source.
  • Does the audio cable on the N60NC Wireless feature volume control?
    No. The audio cable features a one button microphone which allows you to pause/play, change tracks and answer/hang up phone calls. It does not give you the ability to control the volume.
  • Cleaning - how is this done?
    The ear-tips can be removed and washed in luke-warm water with a little dish soap. Do not put the headphone into water, it may dried of with a moist cloth. If cloth and a little water doesn't clean sufficiently, use the cleaning-tool which has a brush and scraper to do the job properly
  • Can the Y50BT headphones be paired to multiple devices?
    Unfortunately, the Y50BT headphones cannot be paired to multiple devices at the same time.
  • Can the N90Q play digital audio from a telephone?
    Yes, but only with certain Android telephones. It is not possible to use iPhones. It is necessary to buy a USB 2.0 cable with Micro-B male plug to Micro-B male plug, OTG functionality. (On-The-Go). This cable is available in different lengths from various electronics shops or web shops. Connecting the telephone and the N90Q with this cable will usually open for digital signal transmission immediately, and the amber charging button on the N90Q will light up as an indication of open connection. (Please note that N90Q can play digital signals from some Apple computers, Macbook, iMac etc.)
  • Can the N60NC Wireless play via cable, maybe even if battery is empty?
    Yes, you can use cabled audio connection instead of Bluetooth on the N60NC Wireless, if you prefer. You can listen to a cabled source even if the battery is empty, but the noise cancelling function will of course not be available in this case. If the battery is charged, you can switch noise cancellation on or off at will. You do not have to have a cable connected at all. You can use the headphones as noise cancellers just by putting them on, and switching NC on.
  • Can the K 935 be hung on the wall?
    Yes, the transmitter / charging dock is designed to be easily hung on a wall with just two screws. Of course the headphone can be charged in this position also.
  • Can the headphone still be used when NC is off or out of battery ?
    Yes, the headphone will still work as a pasive headphone.
  • Can the headphone play when the battery is empty?
    Yes, unlike many other Noise Reduction headphones, the N60 will play music, even when the battery is empty. Of course, Noise Cancellation will not be active.
  • Can N90Q play without power in the battery?
    No, since this is a fully active headphone, power is necessary. The extra power pack is included to give extra safety.
  • Can N90Q charge and play at the same time?
    Yes, you can listen to the N90Q while they are charging at the same time. Please note that the two cables need to be connected at the same time if you are listening to analog sound. When using digital sound input through the USB cable, charging and digital transmission take place simultaneously.
  • Can N90Q be used with the My JBL Headphone app?
    No, this is not possible. The N90Q is completely self-contained. Also, it is not a Bluetooth headphone.
  • Can N90Q be used with Apple Lightning connector for charging or digital signal input?
    No, you cannot use a lightning connector to charge the N90Q. It can only be charged with the micro USB charger that is provided for you in the packaging. Also, no digital signal transmission can take place from an iPhone, only from Android phones. But some Apple computers will work.
